Warranty, Returns and Terms of Sale...

  •  Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials or craftsmanship for the warranty period from the date of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered-our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective units. You may return your unit to us for warranty service (you pay shipping) and we'll either fix or replace it promptly.  Products that we sell but have not manufactured are covered by their manufacturers' original warranties-contact them for warranty service.

Our guarantee does not cover wear, abuse, or lack of maintenance. We will service units damaged by these conditions for a reasonable fee. Units that you have damaged in any fashion while trying to correct a perceived fault that might have been covered by warranty will be subject to charges to correct the damage, notwithstanding any warranty issues.

  •  Terms of Sale...

Prices are CAD.  Prices and other terms may be changed without prior notice. We do not assume responsibility for typographic errors or misinformation that arises due to issues with web hosting or data-processing malfunctions.

The terms of sale are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec where this agreement does not vary from them.

Because the equipment we supply will be installed by the user as they see fit in their own systems and according to their own design and methods, we do not accept responsibility for any damages that arise out of the nature or operation or use of our equipment in these installations, nor any consequences that arise from them.

In particular, aviation clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation of any equipment we supply is done with appropriate care and diligence and in a manner that does not nor will not create a hazard to the aircraft, pilots, passengers or others on the ground.

These conditions form a fundamental part of our terms of sale. If you do not accept these conditions, the sale is voided and you must return any units ordered, unused, to us in original condition for a refund of the purchase price.

  •  Returns...

If you want to return a unit to us for service, you must clearly mark on the outside of the box and on any customs documentation, "Goods Manufactured in Canada Returned for Warranty Service".  Ensure this label is not obscured by shipping labels or waybills.  If your package is not properly marked we may be charged customs fees to receive it, and we will bill these fees back to you.

Do not return units to us via courier such as UPS, Purolator or other unless you have prepaid all brokerage fees - use regular or priority mail.  Shipments that arrive here with these fees due will be refused unless you have pre-arranged this with us.

Our policy is that all sales are final unless we have consented otherwise in writing.  You are welcome to contact us if you feel you have a special requirement in this regard and we will try to accommodate your special needs.

You are welcome to call us at any time to ask questions about products you'd like to purchase - we will always do our level best to help you decide if one of our products will suit your needs, and to advise you honestly what to expect in terms of performance before you buy.

  •  Specifications...

We will always do everything we can to give you the most performance and value for your money.  When we see that a change will do this, we incorporate it immediately.  The specifications of a particular product may therefore change as we continue to improve it.   Email us for the very latest details...
